Join the fun! If running 5K doesn’t sound like your (or your dog’s) cup of tea, sign up for the 11:00 am 2K Fun Run/Walk instead! Enjoy a shorter trail through Bourbon County Park. Bring the kids, dogs, strollers, and costumes for a tail waggin’ good time.
Early registration is only $20 through 9/15/14, and all runners and walkers who register by then will be guaranteed a 2014 commemorative t-shirt and gift bag. You can also fundraise to help save pets – and receive prizes! Team registrations are available – and encouraged! Form a team and see how quickly your fundraising total will grow!
Start moving and register today to run or walk on October 4th.
Don’t go home early – there’s more! The Fall Festival will kick off at 11 am with great food, vendors and tons of fun activities for kids and adults alike. Make sure you see the awesome canine demonstrators, including the Kentucky State K9 Unit, performing in the arena.
If you don’t have a dog but want a canine companion for the 5K, 2K, or just to stroll around the Festival with, P.A.W.S will be on hand with dogs that will be more than happy to join you while they look their forever home.
Our goal is to raise crucial funding to save lives and operate our shelter. Last year, PAWS made the difference for 1,653 animals in need of care, including the adoptions of 1,069 homeless dogs and cats. With your help, we’ll make the life-saving difference for even more this year.
